Conference registration information

Conference registration fees

  • All fees and payments in U.S. $
  • Early registration fees available until April 1, 2021
  • All fees increase by $50 after April 1, 2021
  • Registration fee payment due at time of registration

Registration fees differ for:

  • senior researchers, junior researchers, students, clinicians, and other non-scientific stakeholders and family members  
  • in response to previous requests single day attendance is available

Registration fees include:

For webcast, full conference

  • Access to the scientific sessions
  • Conference program including abstract
  • Continuing Education for Nurses Pharmacists and Physicians

Conference registration fees

Early registration fees available until 4/1/21. Note, conference fees differ for senior researchers, junior researchers, students, and clinicians.

 

Continuing Education (CE) fee

Cost for CE is included in the first two (*) registration categories. 

Those who register as early career or NIH K-awardee academic researcher, post-doctoral or clinical fellow/resident, a Bachelors, Masters and PhD student, or as a guest, need to pay an additional $30 to receive CE.

 

 

*Bachelor, Master, and PhD students, as well as post-doctoral researchers who obtained their doctorate in the 3 years preceding the conference. Fee only applicable upon receiving proof of enrollment or completion of PhD (sent to SIPS2019@fsw.leidenuniv.nl). A valid proof of enrollment would be a signed letter from your supervisor or institute, stating the name of the institute at which you are enrolled, the name and e-mail address of your supervisor, and status of studentship (bachelor, master, PhD, or other).

 


Cancellation Policies

For any questions regarding the registration process or cancellations, please contact us at sips2021@lists.umaryland.edu

A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations received through April 25, 2021. There will be no refunds on cancellations received after April 25, 2021. All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to sips2021@lists.umaryland.edu


Confirmation

Once you complete the online registration form and submit payment, you will automatically receive confirmation of your registration by email.
